There is an old song entitled "Wishing, will make it so, so just keep on wishing, and soon you'll know". Unfortunately, that is not so, but many people believe it, and waste their lives just wishing for things that they easily could have if they would set a goal, study out the best way to accomplish it, then make a plan and work hard to achieve their goal. In my High School, the motto was: IT CAN BE DONE.
HOW TO STAY YOUNG, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR AGE!
When I was young, they didn't have such terms as 'Preventive Medicine', but they merely said, 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away'. Same thing! You are what you eat.
